How to Audition In-Person: N/A for August/December Audition
May 5, 2026 | 5:00-8:00 pm

1. Fill out the registration form found below
2. You will be emailed with a select audition time within your range of availability
3. Confirm your audition time with the Manager

How to Submit Online:

1. Record yourself performing in a quiet, undisturbed, place where you are comfortable
2. Upload your video onto your Google Drive or YouTube account
3. Title your video: Philharmonic or Italiano, Instrument, First Last
4. Email the link from your Google Drive account or YouTube to Cassie Davis at manager@lyso.org by 11:59 pm on May 4, 2026
   • ​Make sure to change permissions to “Anyone with the link” for the directors ability to view it​

To Note:

• Students will be evaluated on tone, intonation, rhythm, technique, interpretation, and scale proficiency.
• Students are invited to arrive early to warm-up and check in with the orchestra manager.
• Neither the scales nor the solo must be memorized.
• Auditions are closed to parents and the public.
